Chocolate Transfer is an easy way of decorating Chocolate. Transfer Sheet is applicable not only for chocolate but also marzipan and cookie dough. For marzipan, you need to brush or spray with warm cocoa butter and for cookie dough is to spray with egg white. You can't use them twice, because the motif will be gone from the plastic and applied onto the chocolate, marzipan, or cookie dough.
