Description | Each of these four designs fit within a 2.5" or 6.25 cm circle, making it perfect for a 3" or 7.5 cm cookie or larger. Stencils are cut out of a durable, 10 mil food-grade plastic. Perfect for making desserts such as cookies, chocolate, cupcakes, mini cakes, and brownies for any of your celebrations.
How to apply:
- Covered cakes, cupcakes, cookies with fondant (=rolled fondant) or butter-cream icing (has to be dried first)
- Put the Stencils on the place you would like to add the motif of the stencils on, for example the top of the cake or side of the cake.
- Apply with choices of colorful confectionery sugars, colorful royal icing mix, Lustre dust or spray, and using airbrush.
- Then lift the Stencils up, if you are using royal icing mix, do not wait until they are dried, but lift them up at once.
- If you are using Stencil on Brownies, just put the stencil on top, sprinkle with colorful confectionery sugars and lift it up.
- If you are using chocolate, make sure the chocolate you are spreading is not too hot or it will melt your chocolate base.
- If you are using on cookies, apply the icing, colored sugar, or Cinnamon powder before baking to get the best results.
- Note: Make sure the surface is not sticky before laying the stencils on top or It will pull off your icing, butter-cream icing, chocolate or cakes.
