Once the mold is insert into the mold, put them into the fridge. Prepare warm water, once the mouse is set in the fridge, get them out and put the top side into the warm water for a few minutes, and turn them upside down into the serving plate or cake liner and it pops right out.

What is left... only decorating them with airbrushing them, spraying them with mouse colors which will give nice effect on your mousse, or even giving them with fruits on top. It will come out splendid..
